Enteractive, the leader in retention services, has been engaged by Rootz, a leading operator with multiple brands across global markets, to provide reactivation services to win back active players from lapsed accounts, in markets including Canada, Finland, and New Zealand.

The Malta-based iGaming company began campaigns with Enteractive in Q4 2022, with a focus on the Caxino, Wheelz, and Wildz brands.  Enteractive’s personalised retention and reactivation services will be integral to optimising revenue generation from the churned segments of the Rootz player databases.
